Job summary

Leech Lake Gaming is seeking a Security Supervisor to plan, organize and direct security staff while coordinating activities with the Security Director. The role emphasizes maintaining fire, safety and security operations, compliance with tribal/state regulations, and timely reporting across departments.

Candidate should have 2–4 years of related experience, an associate degree (bachelor's preferred), and strong computer, organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Two to four years related experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Must meet Tribal/State licensing requirements, pass background check and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates all phases of Casino fire, safety and security operations.
• Develops, updates and enforces policies for fire, safety and security.
• Submits timely reports and work orders for deficiencies.
• Assists General Manager on projects within area of responsibility.
• Conducts inspections and investigations and reports findings to Security Director.
• Coordinates parking matters, issues parking summons and related follow-ups.
• Maintains security office and payroll/financial reports for management.
• Maintains knowledge of events and liaises with departments to resolve issues.
• Attends mandatory meetings and trainings and upholds confidentiality.
