Job summary

Sporty Group is seeking a Senior Games Data Analyst to transform player and product data into actionable insights that improve player experience, engagement, retention, and monetization.

You will partner with Product Managers, Game Operations, Marketing, CRM, and Engineering to lead analytics projects, evaluate features and promotions, establish measurement frameworks, and deliver data-driven recommendations that shape product strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics, product analytics or BI.
• 1
• 3+ years in gaming or high-volume digital products.
• Experience with SCI-indexed statistics publication is a plus.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Analyze player behavior across lifecycle (acquisition to reactivation).
• Identify opportunities and risks via segmentation and funnel analyses.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments.
• Measure performance of features, promotions, events, and campaigns.
• Define and maintain key product metrics and analytical frameworks.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders.
• Investigate KPI anomalies and determine causes and impact.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Define analytical requirements with PMs and game teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to improve data quality and models.
• Promote data-driven decision making.
