Job summary

2K is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to support the Sports Game Science & Insights team. You will explore, analyze, report, and action on data from WWE 2K, PGA TOUR 2K, and other titles, translating product and business knowledge into deep analyses and actionable insights for cross‑functional stakeholders.

You will build relationships with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams, lead data-driven projects, and develop scalable self‑service tools to empower stakeholders to make better decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to produce impactful insights that drive product or business outcomes.
• Profound knowledge in SQL.
• Great communication skills to translate insights into actionable business decisions.
• Proactive curiosity to understand players and behavior.
• Experience leading delivery of insights across multiple business functions.
• Knowledge of data modeling; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable, business-impacting insights from game features and mechanics aligned with business priorities.
• Develop business cases with data storytelling to drive growth and lifetime value.
• Bridge data team and business stakeholders to translate complex needs into data projects.
• Create outputs tailored to stakeholder needs: reports, visuals, charts, and tables.
• Benchmark performance across titles for benchmarking and comparison.
• Lead exploration of new measurement approaches to identify patterns and causal relationships.
• Support self‑service analytics by enabling teams to track activity and productivity.
• Act as a go-to data SME to uplift capability and best practices across the team.
