Job summary

Voodoo is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Engineering & Data team in a hybrid role. You will design, build, and monitor data models and dashboards to support growth strategies across marketing and monetization for hundreds of millions of users.

You will work with stakeholders to identify critical business needs, develop predictive analytics, and ensure data quality, while promoting data literacy and enabling scalable insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis.
• Proficient with SQL and/or Python, with experience handling large, complex datasets.
• Autonomous with strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience with statistical modeling & predictive analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau.
• Experience in gaming or mobile marketing is a plus.
• Experience with machine learning is valued.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and monitor data models and dashboards to track business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business needs and solve them with appropriate statistical models.
• Document results and provide onboarding and training to help teams leverage data and insights.
• Establish data quality processes to ensure reliability of ML models.
• Promote data literacy and serve as the go-to person for data-related inquiries.
