Starform is seeking a data-driven analyst to own UA/ROAS and game-economy analysis for a live multiplayer title. You will design experiments, interpret results, and recommend actions that directly influence live campaigns and monetization.

You’ll build AI-assisted data pipelines, collaborate with product teams, and deliver clear recommendations based on rigorous statistics and real user data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quantitative analysis on a live product.
• Expert SQL.
• Strong statistical judgment: experimental design, uncertainty, and biases.

Responsibilities

• Own UA and ROAS analysis and build cohort-level ROAS curves.
• Analyze the game economy: sinks, sources, conversion, progression.
• Design and read experiments (A/B tests) with clear recommendations.
• Provide weekly top-line metrics and monthly retention deep dives by geography and platform.
• Build AI-assisted analysis workflows to streamline data prep and focus on judgment.
