Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• Master's Degree or other advanced degree desired.
• CPA preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of attest services experience in a professional services firm.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB Auditing Standards.
• Strong communication, public speaking, client service, relationship building, and problem solving skills; initiative and adaptability are valued; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of U.S. GAAP compilations and reporting, agreed-upon procedures, and special projects.
• Identify accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues per professional guidelines (GAAP).
• Provide recommendations for business and process improvements based on client operations and objectives.
• Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with clients to provide superior service.
• Supervise and lead staff through counsel, guidance and coaching; evaluate performance on engagements.
• Invest in professional development through training sessions and networking events.
• Assist with recruiting activities including campus recruiting and referrals; participate in Employee Referral Bonus Program.
• Demonstrate excellent team skills, positive attitude, and high ethical standards.
• Travel is limited but may be required.
