Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is a leading advisory firm seeking a seasoned professional to oversee U.S. GAAP compilations, attest services, and special projects. You will identify issues, propose improvements, and maintain strong client relationships in a collaborative environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, at least five years of attest experience, and CPA preferred. Travel is limited; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• Master's Degree or other advanced degree desired.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum five years of attest services experience in a professional services firm.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB auditing standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day U.S. GAAP compilations, agreed-upon procedures, and special projects.
• Identify accounting and reporting issues based on professional guidelines.
• Provide recommendations for business and process improvements.
• Build relationships and communicate effectively with clients.
• Supervise staff through guidance and coaching; evaluate performance.
• Invest in professional development through training and networking.
• Assist with recruiting activities including campus recruiting.
• Demonstrate teamwork, positive attitude and high ethics.
