Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is seeking an Associate Director, Client Development – Funds, to lead global client development initiatives for Funds practices and act as central contact for pitches and client acquisition. You will coordinate across lawyers and business teams to create high‑quality materials and drive client growth.

You will design and execute event strategies, manage budgets, and guide cross‑practice collaboration, combining market insight with rigorous project management.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years in a law firm, business development role.
• Experience supporting Funds-related practices.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and practice areas.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic pitches, proposals, presentations, and RFP responses for Funds and related areas.
• Develop and execute strategic client plans and opportunity pipelines.
• Oversee production of differentiated client-facing materials and marketing content.
• Manage event strategy, scheduling, and budgets for Funds practices.
• Coordinate with CDE, Communications and Graphics teams on firm-wide client development.
