Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is seeking an Associate Director, Client Development – Funds, to lead global BD initiatives for Funds practices. You will coordinate pitches, client materials, and engagement data across lawyers and business teams, while shaping event strategy and budget management to support sponsor transactions and advisory work.

Formación

Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in a law firm environment, preferably in a business development role supporting Funds practice.
Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Lead development of strategic pitches, proposals, presentations, and RFP responses for Funds and related areas.
Partner with firm leadership to develop client plans, relationship strategies, and opportunity pipelines.
Oversee submissions for directories, rankings, and awards relevant to Funds practices.
Produce and maintain differentiated client-facing materials and engagement data across communications channels.
Manage budgets for client development and events in Funds practices.
