Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is seeking an Associate Director, Client Development – Funds, to run global client development initiatives for Funds practices. You will coordinate pitches, proposals, and client materials, while shaping event strategy and cross-practice collaboration to drive growth and client engagement.

You will supervise budgets, coordinate with partners, and translate market trends into strategic opportunities, partnering with attorneys and CDE leadership to elevate the Firm’s

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred
• Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience in a law firm environment, preferably in a business development role supporting Registered Funds practices
• Strong project management, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of strategic pitches, proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs for Funds and related areas.
• Develop and execute strategic client plans, relationship strategies, and opportunity pipelines.
• Oversee submissions for directories, rankings, awards, surveys and other opportunities.
• Produce and maintain differentiated client-facing materials across print and digital channels.
• Manage budgets and internal relationships to support client development initiatives.
