• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Drives end-to-end lifecycle for fundraising projects and software upgrades.
• Identifies risks, leads meetings, and communicates changes to stakeholders.
• Creates and maintains business process documents for change management and training.
