This role partners with gift officers and Development teams to provide analysis, recommendations, and documentation that improve portfolio performance, forecasting accuracy, and fundraising outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of progressive experience in prospect management or fundraising analytics.
• Experience supporting fundraising teams through portfolio strategy and pipeline management.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven fundraising analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary prospect management liaison for Development teams.
• Facilitate prospect management meetings to advance progression and maintain pipeline health.
• Partner with gift officers to optimize portfolios with data insights.
• Monitor portfolio activity and pipeline performance to identify trends.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and fundraising strategy.
• Provide training and resources to promote best practices.
