Job summary

Sixth Street is seeking a Fund Operations professional to support private equity/credit funds across their lifecycle, including fundraising, onboarding, and liquidation. You will manage fund-level accounting during quarterly closings, prepare investor reports, and assist with complex waterfall calculations and fee payments.

You will oversee the external Fund Administrator, mentor offshore teams, and collaborate with Investor Services, Tax, Legal, and Engineering to improve reporting efficiency

Qualifications

• 2–5 years accounting experience in private equity/investment management.
• Experience with alternative investments is a plus.
• CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with credit and structured products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fund-level accounting during quarterly closings and expense reconciliation.
• Prepare wires for investment activity and fee payments.
• Assist with complex waterfall and management fee calculations.
• Monitor cash liquidity and investment pipeline to manage credit facility borrowings.
