Qualifications

• 2–5 years accounting experience in private equity/investment management or fund administration.
• CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with alternative investments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support private equity/credit funds across the full lifecycle, including fundraising, onboarding, ongoing operations, and liquidation.
• Manage fund-level accounting during quarterly closings, including expense reconciliation and fund reports.
• Prepare and review wires for investments and fee payments.
• Assist with complex waterfall and management fee calculations.
• Coordinate with Tax, Legal, Investor Services and external Fund Administrator.
• Support fundraising materials and deal closings with investment professionals.
• Mentor offshore team and provide training.
