Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in Fund Formation.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• All facets of emerging company and venture fund work.
• Prepare and maintain organizational documents and agreements.
• Conduct investor due diligence and research securities regulations.
• Assist with filings, notices, and amendments.
• Support SEC compliance reporting for venture fund clients.
