Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Fund Formation experience required.
• Available to work overtime as required.
• Bill a minimum of 1600 hours annually.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain organizational documents.
• Conduct due diligence review of documents.
• Handle SEC compliance reporting for venture fund clients.
• Turn in time sheets and fulfill administrative duties.
