Considine Search is seeking a Fund Formation Paralegal in San Francisco, CA to support attorneys with venture fund work, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $93,600–$176,800 annually with overtime and comprehensive benefits including Paid Time Off and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Fund Formation experience.
• Available to work overtime as required.
• Bill a minimum of 1600 hours annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support to firm attorneys and senior paralegals.
• Prepare and maintain organizational documents for venture funds.
• Conduct investor suitability due diligence and regulatory research.
