Job summary

NB Private Markets, part of Neuberger, seeks a senior finance leader to manage accounting and finance work streams across private markets. You will report to the Alternatives CFO and oversee fund accounting, NAV calculations, and investor reporting.

Responsibilities include quarterly closes, distribution waterfalls, management reporting, budgeting, liquidity management, and coordination of regulatory and tax filings.

Qualifications

• Oversee quarterly close packages, NAV calculations, income/expense allocations and waterfalls.
• Oversee investor reporting lifecycle: monthly/quarterly statements and audited financials.
• Fund operations: budgeting, liquidity management, credit facilities, and tax coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and finance work streams across private markets.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management on fund structuring and investor due diligence.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and ensure tax compliance for funds.
