Job summary

Neuberger Berman, a leading investment manager, seeks a senior finance professional to oversee the accounting and financial reporting for NB Private Credit’s CLO business. You will coordinate monthly estimates, NAVs, allocations, waterfalls and fund returns while ensuring accurate investor statements and audits.

You will also manage cash forecasts, expense budgeting, and facility oversight, liaising with auditors, tax professionals and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required
• 8–12 years accounting/finance experience
• Experience with credit products a plus
• Ability to design and implement new policies and procedures
• Highly detail oriented and organized
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal daily direction
• Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for NB Private Credit CLO business
• Manage monthly performance estimates, close packages/NAV, allocations, waterfalls and fund returns
• Oversee investor reporting process, quarterly statements, audits and due diligence requests
• Assist cash management forecasts, budgets and debt facility oversight
• Maintain expense ledger and budgeting estimates
• Ensure compliance of fund credit facilities and asset portfolio
• Perform data analysis and portfolio compliance tests
• Review performance fee calculations and investor inquiries
• Support year-end audit and tax reporting
• Handle ad-hoc requests from senior management and investors
• Assist with SEC or regulatory compliance as required
