Job summary

Neuberger is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage the finance and accounting work streams within NB Private Credit, including reporting, NAVs, and investor communications. The role requires CPA and 8–12 years of accounting/finance experience, with a focus on fund accounting and complex reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting theory and fund accounting and financial reporting.
• 8-12 years accounting/finance experience; CPA required.
• Experience with credit related products is a plus.
• Ability to design and implement new policies and procedures.
• Highly detail oriented and organized, with ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal daily direction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for Neuberger’s CLO business.
• Manage monthly performance estimates, NAV packs, allocations, waterfalls, and fund returns.
• Coordinate with Fund Administrator for investor statements, audits and due diligence.
• Assist cash forecasts and budgets with debt facility oversight.
• Maintain expense ledger and budgeting, attribution, and forecasting.
• Monitor fund credit facilities and portfolio asset details.
• Perform data analysis on large portfolios and run compliance tests.
• Review performance fee calculations and respond to investor queries.
• Support audit and tax professionals in year-end reporting.
