Neuberger Berman is seeking a senior finance professional to lead the accounting and reporting for its NB Private Credit CLO business in New York. You will manage monthly closes, NAV calculations, and fund returns while coordinating with the fund administrator on investor statements and audits.

You will also oversee cash flow forecasts, expenses, and debt facilities, ensuring compliance and accurate data analysis across large portfolios. Strong communication and CPA credentials are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA is required; 8–12 years in accounting/finance.
• Experience with credit related products is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for NB Private Credit CLO business.
• Manage monthly close, NAV, allocations, and fund returns.
• Oversee investor reporting and audits, capital calls and distributions.
• Assist cash flow forecasts and debt facility oversight.
• Maintain expense ledger and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance of fund credit facilities.
• Perform data analysis and portfolio reconciliation.
• Respond to investor queries on performance and taxes.
• Support audits and tax reporting; assist senior management.
