Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in private equity, real estate, or alternative investments.
• Strong understanding of partnership accounting and investment fund structures.
• Experience managing audits and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund accounting, financial reporting, and capital activity.
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead annual audits and coordinate tax reporting.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, fund cash flows, and allocations.
• Oversee investor reporting and related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with fund agreements, internal controls, and reporting requirements.
• Mentor accounting team members and drive process improvements.
