Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Economics or Finance; ACCA is a great asset.
• 4–6 years accounting experience, mainly in Private Equity and Real Estate services.
• IFRS or Consolidation experience is a great asset.
• Experience with Yardi or similar ERP is a plus.
• Fluent in English, French and or German are desirable.
• Exposure to LuxGAAP AND EVCA/INREV/IPEVC Guidelines are an asset.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day accounting and administration of a portfolio of funds, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, NAV calculations, and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare year-end financial statements, regulatory filings (CSSF/BCL), VAT and subscription tax returns, coordinating external audits and tax advisors.
• Act as a key client contact, providing high-quality service and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the launch of new fund structures, including SICARs and unregulated entities, ensuring compliance with internal controls and ISAE 3402 requirements.
• Mentor and support junior team members, oversee deliverables, manage deadlines, and contribute to process improvements and risk escalation.
