Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Functional Architect to lead functional design for Project Portfolio Management and Oracle Fusion capabilities. You will bridge Business Architecture, Process Leadership, SMEs, and Delivery teams to ensure solutions align with the Global Target Operating Model and business outcomes.

The role requires 12+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong stakeholder facilitation skills to drive standardisation and scalable enterprise designs across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 12+ years relevant experience in functional architecture roles.
• Strong functional expertise within Project Portfolio Management processes and Oracle Fusion PPM.
• Experience leading functional design for ERP/transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved business requirements into detailed functional designs.
• Define functional rules, data requirements, and solution behaviours.
• Lead functional design across Oracle Fusion modules and regional implementations.
• Support design governance, testing, and defect triage across delivery teams.
• Engage stakeholders and ensure alignment with Global Target Operating Model.
