Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Functional Architect to lead functional design across Project Portfolio Management and Oracle Fusion solutions. You will bridge business architecture, process leadership, SMEs, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable, globally standardised designs.

This role requires 12+ years of experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive governance, design reviews, and change activities across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 12+ years relevant experience in functional architecture or senior solution design.
• Strong knowledge of Project Portfolio Management and ERP transformations.
• Experience with multi-region deployments and global operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design across PPM capabilities and Oracle Fusion modules.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional designs and data requirements.
• Provide governance and assurance across design reviews and forums.
• Support testing, deployments, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Engage with global process owners, SMEs, and delivery teams to ensure alignment.
