Job summary

BDO USA, LLP seeks an Oracle Fusion Senior Architect to serve as the technical design authority for the Fusion Cloud ERP platform. You will govern standards for integrations, extensions, reporting, and batch processing while promoting Oracle functionality where appropriate.

You will lead design documentation, review work by internal and external teams, and drive modernization across the custom extension portfolio, mentoring staff and guiding architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of software development experience with architecture focus.
• Five+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and custom development.
• Experience designing and supporting OIC integrations, monitoring, and performance.
• Experience with VBCS applications using Oracle JET and BIP reports.
• Proficient in Oracle Fusion REST APIs across multiple modules.
• Strong design documentation, standards governance, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Author Technical Design Documents for OIC, VBCS, BIP, ESS Jobs, and REST API work.
• Evaluate requirements against Oracle Fusion functionality and select approaches.
• Enforce architecture, integration, extensibility, and reporting standards.
• Review and approve technical approaches before implementation.
• Lead modernization of the Oracle Fusion custom extension portfolio.
• Mentor developers and coordinate third-party delivery teams.
