Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Functional Architect to lead functional design across Project Portfolio Management capabilities and Oracle Fusion modules. You will translate business requirements into scalable, globally standardised solutions and act as the bridge between business and delivery teams.

You will guide governance, design reviews, and stakeholder workshops, ensuring alignment with the Global Target Operating Model and enterprise standards across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 12+ years relevant experience in PPM and Oracle Fusion.
• Strong functional expertise in Project Portfolio Management processes.
• Experience as Functional Architect, Lead Functional Consultant, or senior designer.
• Ability to assess business impacts and design scalable enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and processes into detailed functional designs.
• Define functional rules, data requirements, and solution behaviours.
• Lead functional architecture across Oracle Fusion modules and business capabilities.
• Support governance, reviews, and decision-making for design alignment.
