Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Functional Architect to lead functional design across Project Portfolio Management capabilities, translating requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion-based solutions. The role bridges business architecture, delivery teams, SMEs, and solution design, ensuring alignment with the Global Target Operating Model.

You will guide governance, support end-to-end delivery, and collaborate with global process owners and regional teams to enable standardized, sustainable outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Extensive experience in Project Portfolio Management processes and Oracle Fusion PPM.
• Experience as Functional Architect, Lead Functional Consultant, or senior solution design practitioner.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle processes including setup, forecasting, cost management, billing, revenue, and close.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership through design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilisation activities.
• Review solution configuration against approved requirements and design intent.
• Support business testing, defect resolution, and functional issue triage.
• Assess impact of Oracle quarterly releases, enhancements, and change requests.
