Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience as an Oracle Certified Functional SME.
• Expertise in Fusion PBCS Modules and AIM/OUM methodologies.
• Expertise with AIM/OUM methodologies.
• Implementation experience including at least one Fusion Cloud PBCS project.
• Experience preparing BR100, MD50, TE020 and related docs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for client-facing work.
• Experience integrating with third-party applications.
• Ability to communicate between end users and delivery teams.

Job description

Position: Oracle Certified Functional SME (Finance - EPM PBCS)

Responsibilities:

1. Implement/Support Oracle Application.
2. Understand and articulate client's business requirements.
3. Identify GAPs in the process and provide solutions.
4. Design and architect solutions across multiple systems and their integration.
5. Manage a team and ensure delivery.
6. Resolve complex customer escalations.
7. Create and implement innovative solutions with industry-wide impact.
8. Enable business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise.

Qualifications:

1. 8-12 years of experience as an Oracle Certified Functional SME (Finance - EPM PBCS).
2. SME in functional experience in Fusion PBCS Modules.
3. Expertise in AIM/OUM methodologies.
4. Implementation experience (at least 1 Fusion Cloud Implementation covering PBCS) is a must.
5. Experience in preparing BR100, MD50, TE020, and other documents (Configuration, To-Be, FD, Test Scripts, etc.).
6. Strong written and oral communication skills.
7. Knowledge of handling integrations with 3rd Party Applications.
8. Client-facing experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to effectively communicate between end users and team members.
