Syms Strategic Group (SSG) seeks a Senior Functional Analyst to lead requirements for software development teams in a remote, US-based role. You will collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to elicit, document, and manage requirements in an ALM tool (JIRA), perform SAFe-based agile analysis, and maintain the backlog with clear acceptance criteria.

You'll bring a strong background in software development, proficient communication, and experience with large Agile projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
Collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to document requirements in ALM.
Manage requirements in an ALM tool and write acceptance criteria.
Perform SAFe-based agile requirement management for product teams.
Develop business process models and formal specifications.
Gather and document cross-functional requirements and traceability.
