Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Document requirements in an ALM tool and manage them.
• Perform Agile requirement management for a product team.
• Analyze user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements.
• Conduct user interviews and develop business process models.
• Collaborate with customers, IT, and leadership to elicit requirements.
• Write and deliver project documents to the client.
• Identify and manage risks and issues impacting project progress.
• Support development team to clarify requirement details.
• Follow Scrum and SAFe practices to deliver sprint requirements.
• Manage change control and traceability between requirements and test cases.
