Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own the end-to-end patient-facing experiences and backend services. You will design and ship scalable full‑stack solutions using React/Next.js and Node/TypeScript, delivering fast, reliable features for patients.

You will collaborate with product, design, data, and partner teams, drive architectural decisions, mentor teammates, and raise engineering quality through robust testing, performance work, and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience building production web products.
• Strong full stack skills in React/Next.js and Node/TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud environments and third-party integrations.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Healthcare knowledge or regulated domain experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of scalable full-stack solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams.
• Build and maintain integrations with external partners and internal systems.
