Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to lead end-to-end product experiences across frontend and backend services. You will design scalable, high-performing full stack solutions and mentor engineers, collaborating with product, design, and operations to deliver measurable value for patients.

You will work with React/Next.js, Node/Nest.js and modern cloud tech, building reliable integrations with external partners while maintaining data accuracy, privacy, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production web products with full stack skills in React/Next.js and Node/TypeScript.
• Experience delivering scalable web apps in a modern cloud environment.
• Experience with third party integrations and event-driven workflows.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GraphQL and back end tech like Node.js/Nest.js/PostgreSQL/Redis/AWS SQS.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of scalable full stack solutions for patient-facing experiences.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers.
