Job summary

Pivotal Health is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join the Case Execution team. You’ll own backend development across eligibility, batching, submissions, and orchestration within a data-driven workflow platform for providers.

You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-moving startup, contributing to React-based frontends and internal ops tooling while solving complex, data-heavy decision logic. Remote/hybrid flexibility varies by role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fullstack software engineering experience with backend focus.
• Experience with data-heavy, workflow-oriented systems.
• Experience with React-based applications.
• Comfortable in a startup, fast-moving environment with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve core case execution systems for eligibility, batching, submissions, and orchestration.
• Tackle complex, data-driven backend problems and ensure correctness.
• Contribute to workflow orchestration and end-to-end case routing.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and adjacent teams to stay aligned.
• Contribute to frontend/admin tooling when needed.
