Job summary

Pivotal Health is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join the Case Execution team. You’ll own backend systems for eligibility, batching, submissions, and orchestration, tackling data-driven problems and coordinating with product and other engineers.

We value hands-on experience with React-based frontends and Python backends, plus the ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment. This role may involve contributing to admin tools and internal workflows as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fullstack software engineering with a backend focus.
• Experience with data-heavy, workflow-oriented systems.
• Experience contributing to modern React-based applications.
• Proficient in Python-based backend environments.

Responsibilities

• Own backend development across eligibility, batching, submissions, and orchestration.
• Work through data-heavy decision logic and cross-system interactions.
• Build and improve workflow orchestration from end to end.
• Collaborate with Integrations, Case Strategy, and other teams.
• Contribute to internal UI and ops tooling when needed.
