Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong backend focus.
• Experience building data-heavy, workflow-oriented systems.
• Experience with complex, data-driven decision logic or orchestration problems.
• Comfortable operating in a collaborative, fast-moving startup environment.
• Python experience in a backend environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve core case execution systems: backend development across eligibility, batching, submissions, workflows, and claim orchestration.
• Tackle complex, data-driven backend problems and inter-system interactions.
• Contribute to workflow orchestration: coordinate staging, routing, and end-to-end execution.
• Collaborate with Integrations, Case Strategy, and product teams to ensure system alignment.
• Contribute to front-end/admin workflows where needed to support product requirements.
