Job summary

Vanta is hiring a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to lead architecture and rollout of key platform services, ensuring secure, scalable APIs and strong developer experience. You’ll stitch together services across the stack and mentor engineers while collaborating with data-platform teams on access patterns.

You will build with TypeScript and Node.js on the backend, and contribute to React-based customer experiences, using AI tools to accelerate development and workflow.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend development with scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and rollout strategy for platform services.
• Set technical bar for customer-facing APIs including security and developer experience.
• Stitch services across the platform to serve customer use cases with clear boundaries.
• Drive RFCs and decision records for durable architectural decisions.
• Mentor engineers and partner with Engineering Manager on team health.
