Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, Integrations Platform, to design and own frontend and backend features across our integration ecosystem. You will work on authentication, data ingestion, and schema evolution while ensuring secure, reliable connections to external systems.

You'll build scalable services and UI with TypeScript, React, and Node.js, improve SDLC practices, and explore AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack development building reliable, scalable systems.
• Experience designing APIs and reusable components with REST and secure auth.
• Experience with data ingestion, schema evolution, and integration patterns.
• Systems thinking for scale, reliability, and failure modes.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-team design alignment.
• Willingness to leverage AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
• Bonus: startup experience or bias-for-action environments, and security/compliance interest.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own full-stack features and platform primitives used by internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Contribute to authentication, data ingestion, and schema-evolution services while keeping integrations secure and reliable.
• Build secure, well-documented, scalable services and UI using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Improve performance, operational excellence, and SDLC practices within the team.
• Use AI tools and workflows to accelerate development and operations.
