Job summary

Arcadia, a high-growth startup, is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build the product experience end to end—from backend services to the UI customers touch. You’ll ship end-to-end features and influence the AI agent layer powering the platform, working directly with founders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related STEM field.
• 5+ years of fullstack engineering experience.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework (React, Vue, etc.).
• Backend experience with Python, Node.js, Golang, or similar.
• Experience working with or around AI/ML systems is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship fullstack features across the product, from backend services to frontend UI.
• Work with engineers building the AI agent layer to surface agent outputs and AI-driven features.
• Design and scale backend services and APIs supporting real-time, high-throughput workloads.
• Partner with product and design to take features from concept to production.
• Contribute to reliability, performance, and code quality across the stack.
• Work directly with founders and influence product features, roadmap, and technical decisions.
