Arcadia, a healthcare data platform, is seeking a Principal Engineer to own cross-team platform initiatives from requirements through long‑term operation. You will mentor senior engineers, drive architectural decisions, and shape how the team uses agentic AI to improve reliability and customer outcomes.

• Ability to design end-to-end architecture and observability.
• Strong customer and product orientation.
• Proven mentoring of Senior Engineers.

• Own complete vertical slices of cross-team work.
• Set technical bar for domain and architecture.
• Evaluate platform opportunities and drive decisions with evidence.
• Define SLOs and observability for shipped work.
