Job summary

Arcadia is hiring a Senior Software Engineer (AI Agents) to build the core systems behind an intelligent automation platform. You’ll ship production-grade LLM systems, contribute across the stack, and shape product and technical architecture.

You will own critical components end-to-end in a high-growth startup environment, collaborating with the founding team to deliver impactful solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience designing and shipping production backend systems and APIs.
• Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-powered or agent-based systems.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale core automation and AI agent systems powering the platform.
• Work across the stack: backend APIs, data pipelines, orchestration layers, and frontend workflows.
• Design and deploy agent-based LLM components for reasoning, extraction, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with users to understand workflows and ship high-impact solutions.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and drive key technical decisions.
• Write clean, reliable, maintainable code with strong engineering fundamentals.
• Support roadmap execution and elevate engineering standards as the team grows.
