Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related STEM field.
• 5+ years of fullstack engineering experience.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework (React, Vue, etc.).
• Backend experience with Python, Node.js, Golang, or similar.
• Experience working with or around AI/ML systems is a bonus.

They're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help build the product experience end to end, from backend services to the UI customers actually touch, with regular exposure to the AI agent layer powering the platform underneath. You'll work directly with founders, shipping end-to-end product features in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment.

The Stack & Scale

React/TypeScript on the frontend, Python and Node.js on the backend, deployed on AWS. The platform's AI layer runs on LLMs, RAG pipelines, and LangChain, so you'll be shipping features that sit right on top of that infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship fullstack features across the product, from backend services to frontend UI
• Work with the engineers building the AI agent layer to surface agent outputs and AI-driven features in the product
• Design and scale backend services and APIs supporting real-time, high-throughput workloads
• Partner with product and design to take features from concept to production
• Contribute to reliability, performance, and code quality across the stack
• Work directly with founders and have real say in product features, roadmap, and technical decisions

What Makes You a Fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related STEM field
• 5+ years of fullstack engineering experience
• Strong experience with a modern frontend framework (React, Vue, etc.)
• Backend experience with Python, Node.js, Golang, or similar
• Experience working with or around AI/ML systems, hands-on LLM or agent experience is a bonus but not a dealbreaker
• Solid understanding of API design, databases, and cloud infrastructure, AWS a plus
• Startup experience preferred, but we care more about how you think and build than where you've worked
• Strong communicator and takes ownership without being asked twice
