Actively AI in New York City is seeking a Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer to architect and build the foundational systems for Actively's AI Agents, spanning Python/FastAPI backends and React/TypeScript frontends. You'll own end-to-end features, define the product platform, and prototype AI interactions with agent SDKs, while shipping at scale and working directly with customers to iterate quickly.

5+ years building customer-facing products end-to-end.
Product-minded with focus on usability and polish.
Frontend-strong with React/TypeScript and Python/FastAPI.
Systems thinker focusing on architecture and API contracts.
Iterative, self-directed, and able to own outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end features across the stack (Python/FastAPI services & React/TypeScript UIs).
Define the product platform architecture and shared components.
Design and prototype intelligent AI interactions with agent SDKs.
Build for real usage at scale across data stores and pipelines.
Iterate with customers and teams based on feedback.
