Job summary

RxVantage, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer - Team Lead to guide a small, fully remote engineering team while remaining hands-on across frontend and backend.

You will own API design (GraphQL/REST), data ingestion workflows, and end-to-end delivery, mentoring engineers, shaping architecture, and collaborating with product to scale systems.

This role requires leadership, strong judgment, and a drive to elevate code quality and delivery velocity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices
• Proven experience designing, building, and scaling GraphQL and REST APIs in production
• Backend development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Experience with monorepos (Nx, Turborepo, Yarn Workspaces)
• Strong data modeling and database design experience, ideally PostgreSQL
• Experience building data ingestion pipelines and processing logic (Node.js, Python, SQL) with performance focus
• Experience with ETL/data pipelines and production-grade systems
• Strong testing practices and CI/CD workflows
• Cloud familiarity (AWS) and containerization
• Ability to work across greenfield and legacy systems

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team across multiple initiatives with clear scoping, execution discipline, and delivery accountability
• Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives with measurable outcomes
• Own delivery tracking using Jira and documentation via Confluence for stakeholder alignment
• Design and build robust GraphQL and REST APIs and scalable backend services
• Take end-to-end technical ownership of features across product and data domains
• Contribute hands-on production code across frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js, SQL, GraphQL, REST)
• Develop and support data ingestion workflows and integration logic including ETL-style processing
• Design solutions for growth, reliability, performance, and maintainability
• Promote engineering excellence through code quality, testing, and architecture documentation
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and career development
• Collaborate with Product and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve velocity, quality, and KPI-driven delivery
