Foundation Finance Company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design and development of front-end architectures built around middleware that retrieves data from diverse back-end sources. The role focuses on advancing our evolving stack including JavaScript, GraphQL, MERN, NestJS, Redis, and TypeScript.

You will guide the team in test-driven development, ensure secure, scalable, and performant web apps, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver new features on an agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in a development role OR combination of education and experience in front end, middleware, or backend development.
• Any technical certifications from major providers are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of front-end web architectures driven by middleware to retrieve information from back-end sources.
• Lead development of software in a rapidly evolving stack including MERN, NestJS, Redis and SQL.
• Mentor team through code reviews, technical bridging, and tackling complex system areas.
• Drive test-driven development and ensure robust unit testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship new features.
