Job summary

Hexalytics is seeking a Senior Fullstack Lead to steer the design, development, and delivery of complex web applications in a fully remote capacity. The role demands hands-on expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, with a track record of leadership and delivering scalable software.

You will mentor junior developers, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate with product, design, and QA to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• Senior-level role with 6–15 years of experience.
• Deep expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with API development and RESTful services.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of complex web apps.
• Architect scalable, high-performance, secure solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code across front-end and back-end.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and devs to define requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Optimize apps for speed and cross‑platform compatibility.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end.
• Stay up-to-date with web trends and technologies.
• Own full lifecycle from concept to deployment and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
• Lead testing: unit, integration, performance.
• Work in Agile: standups, sprints, retros.
• Document development processes and tools.
• Lead spikes or PoCs for new tech/features.
• Coordinate with support to resolve issues quickly.
• Drive post-mortems and process improvements.
• Set tone for coding standards and quality.
