Job summary

NBH Bank seeks a Principal Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, deploy, document, and maintain web and back‑end solutions. You will mentor others, lead projects, and work with production staff to ensure reliability.

You translate business requirements into architecture, review code, and ensure quality while aligning with regulatory standards. This remote‑friendly role offers growth in a results‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant job experience, preferred in a bank setting.
• Experience writing clean and semantic SQL.
• Experience writing clean and semantic HTML and CSS.
• Experience interfacing with enterprise systems via RESTful APIs and standard data formats (JSON, XML, SOAP).
• Experience with CI/CD using AWS CodePipeline.
• Familiar with Agile methodology.
• Working knowledge of cloud-based infrastructures and SDLC pipelines.
• Relational data and/or non-relational models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, document, and maintain web and back-end software solutions.
• Mentor less experienced team members and coordinate projects with production staff.
• Translate business requirements and wireframes into architecture and components.
• Estimate complexity and manage task division; perform code reviews.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and timeframes met.
