First National Bank (FNBO) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to serve as a technical leader. You will mentor junior engineers, design and maintain complex Java-based systems, and ensure high-quality, scalable software aligned with business goals.

You’ll work in a hybrid environment balancing onsite collaboration with remote flexibility, applying Agile practices and modern cloud-native patterns to deliver reliable services and strong performance.

Formación

• Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience designing large-scale web services and backend APIs using Java/J2EE, RESTful Web Services, SOAP, HTTP and JSON.
• Experience in highly scalable and available enterprise Java applications using Spring core, Spring Security, and related tech.

• Design and implement sophisticated software solutions leveraging Java, Spring Boot, Kotlin, and Swift.
• Write clean, efficient code and embrace AI tools to boost productivity.

• Engage in on-call rotation as part of squad responsibilities.
