2+ years leading teams or mentoring engineers.
2+ years designing event-driven architectures and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

Own architecture and critical-path development, translating business goals into a technical roadmap.
Design, build, and review code with a hands-on approach.
Mentor engineers and collaborate with product, architecture, and stakeholders to ensure quality and reliability.
