Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced software developer to lead development and support of a core P&C system for a fast-growing enterprise. You will work directly with business stakeholders and IT teams to resolve tickets and drive ongoing development and integrations.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in SQL, 4+ years in C#/.NET, and hands-on experience with REST APIs, Jira, and modern CI/CD tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of strong SQL experience with queries and stored procedures.
• Ability to write, tune, and troubleshoot complex production queries and model relational data.
• 4+ years of full-stack development with C#/.NET.
• Experience owning production applications across database, back-end API, and front-end.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Jira; ServiceNow is a plus.
• Proficient with Git-based source control and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins).
• Some exposure to AI prompts or AI coding assistants in daily development.
• Experience interfacing with internal IT and external vendors; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and support of a key core software system for the organization.
